Fried Rice instructions
- Heat oil and fry onion, garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and cook until tender
- Add cooked Peas and Carrots, then corn and mix well.
- add rice to vegetables, then Soy Sauce, Sesame oil, 5 Spice, and fried rice seasoning. More or less soy sauce can be added depending on how dark or light you like your rice.
- Garnish with chopped chive.
Notes:
Variation - you can use any type of meat that you would like, Stir fry the meat you choose first then in a new pan start the steps above, add meat before you incorporate the rice.
you can also fry 2 eggs, cut them into thin strips and fold in to mixture at the very end.
