Chicken Pelau

Instructions
- Cut, Lime and salt your chicken, let it soak in the lime and salt for up to 5 mins. Drain chicken pieces removing as much water as possible.
- Season chicken with all purpose seasoning, salt , soy sauce, ginger, garlic and green seasoning(recipe in description box of video)
- Heat oil in large skillet, add sugar and burn until small bubbles start to form and the sugar starts to turn to a golden brown color.
- Add chicken and stir until all pieces are nicely coated, let this cook for around 10 mins, then add Kielbasa, rice, carrots and cook for another 5 mins, add onion, peppers. After that has mixed in well add the Chana and Pigeon peas, Add water and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for about 10 mins, then add coconut milk and broth and salt.
- Add cover and cook for about 30 mins until rice is tender, add 2 tbsp cooking butter and mix in.
- Serve with slaw or cucumber, tomatoes, avocado salad and boiled plantains.
