  1. Cut, Lime and salt your chicken, let it soak in the lime and salt for up to 5 mins. Drain chicken pieces removing as much water as possible.
  2. Season chicken with all purpose seasoning, salt , soy sauce, ginger, garlic and green seasoning(recipe in description box of video)
  3. Heat oil in large skillet, add sugar and burn until small bubbles start to form and the sugar starts to turn to a golden brown color. 
  4. Add chicken and stir until all pieces are nicely coated, let this cook for around 10 mins, then add Kielbasa, rice, carrots and cook for another 5 mins, add onion, peppers. After that has mixed in well add the Chana and Pigeon peas, Add water and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for about 10 mins, then add coconut milk and broth and salt. 
  5. Add cover and cook for about 30 mins until rice is tender, add 2 tbsp cooking butter and mix in. 
  6. Serve with slaw or cucumber, tomatoes, avocado salad and boiled plantains.
