Instructions
- sautee garlic and ginger in hot oil then add carrots, mushroom, beans/peas, add soy sauce, sesame oil, 5 spice, salt , if you want a bit of heat add chili oil.
- place 1 tsp of mixture on wonton skin at one corner and fold over, stick together with water or flour paste as you cant use egg whites.
