Ingredients
Ingredient List
- 1/2 bag of chow main noodles
- 1/2 green, red, orange, and yellow bell pepper (all thinly sliced)
- 1 1/2 carrots
- 1/2 large onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup of chopped chives
- 3 small Bok Choy/Chinese cabbage
- 2 Christophene (Chayote)
- 1 small package of portabella mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 1 can of bean sprouts
- 1 can of baby corn
- 1 can of water chestnut
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 hoisin sauce
- 2 table spoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of five spice powder
- 3 tablespoon of Kikkoman's chow main seasoning mix
- 1/2 tablespoon of finely grated ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon of finely grated garlic
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- Boil noodle in seasoned water with 2 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chow main seasoning. Drain and set aside.
- Heat Wok or any other pan you have that is big enough to hold all your ingredients.
- Add oil to pan and letting it get hot, then add garlic, ginger and onion. Cook until all ingredients are cooked down and start to brown. Make sure to constantly move the ingredients around so none of them burn.
- Add Sesame oil and then stir in the rest of your vegetables, also the rest of the spices ect. Cook for 5 to 10 minuites to allow all the ingredients to marry and the flavors to "coosoomay"
- Add noodles to vegetables and stir fry the mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives

Variations to this meal.
You can add any kind of meat that you would like to for example we often cook this meal with chicken breast or shrimp.
With that all you have to do is to stir fry your meat first with the spices then add them to the vegetables, from there you just follow the recipe as given
