- Heat oil and fry onions and garlic, add bell peppers, mushrooms and ginger and cook until tender.
- add mixed vegetables and allow to cook down a little while, from there add your Rice, Soy Sauce and Chinese five spices and mix together well.
- Garnish with chopped Chives and enjoy.
