Curry Chicken Thighs

A nice quick curry chicken recipe that anyone can do, once you do the prep work ahead of time. You can prepare this for a day in the week for dinner and have for a few days. Or you can do this on the weekend and make some Roti with it! :D

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces, season with salt, all purpose seasoning and green seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add onion, garlic, and pepper for 1/2 min.
  3. Add Curry paste, cook for 3-6 mins then add chicken and mix well until chicken is well coated in curry mixture.
  4. Lower heat, cover and cook for 10-20 mins, add lukewarm water a little at a time until big pieces of chicken and potatoes are cooked, uncover and add shadow beni, chives and cooking butter. 
  5. Adjust seasoning to your taste and add pepper.
