  1. Mix all the dry ingredients. Beat egg , essence and milk and water.
  2. Add dry ingredients and kneed to a nice soft wet texture so that it is almost falling off your fingers. cover with damp cloth and rest until double in size. (you can use a mixer to kneed dough just make sure everything is well incorporated)
  3. Dust countertop with flour and roll dough into a rectangle shape, then spread Cinnamon and brown sugar filling and raisins, roll from longer side tightly until finished, then cut into 1/4 inch pieces.
  4. Spray pan and lay rolls closely then cover with damp towel until double in size.
  5. When the rolls are finished spread cream cheese mixture while fresh out of the oven for maximum oooey gooey!
