Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients. Beat egg , essence and milk and water.
- Add dry ingredients and kneed to a nice soft wet texture so that it is almost falling off your fingers. cover with damp cloth and rest until double in size. (you can use a mixer to kneed dough just make sure everything is well incorporated)
- Dust countertop with flour and roll dough into a rectangle shape, then spread Cinnamon and brown sugar filling and raisins, roll from longer side tightly until finished, then cut into 1/4 inch pieces.
- Spray pan and lay rolls closely then cover with damp towel until double in size.
- When the rolls are finished spread cream cheese mixture while fresh out of the oven for maximum oooey gooey!
